About Us
About AviatorsGame.com
Who We Are
AviatorsGame.com is an independent Australian review site focused on Aviator, crash casino games, and the licensed online casinos that host them. We launched because Australian players deserved a resource built specifically for them - one that cuts through the noise of global gambling sites and concentrates on the operators, bonuses, payment methods, and responsible-gambling tools that actually matter in this market.
We are not owned by, funded by, or editorially influenced by any casino operator or software provider. Our revenue comes from affiliate commissions when readers sign up to a casino through our links - but that commercial relationship never touches our ratings. A casino that pays us a higher commission rate does not get a higher score. Our review methodology is fixed, applied identically to every operator we assess, and documented openly on this page.
Our Mission
Our goal is straightforward: give Australian crash-game players the information they need to choose a safe, fair casino and understand exactly what they are getting into before they deposit. That means honest scores, hard limits on which casinos we will recommend at all, and plain language about the risks of high-volatility games like Aviator.
How We Review Casinos
Every casino on this site goes through the same structured assessment before we publish a rating. We do not accept payments for positive coverage and we do not shortlist operators we would not use ourselves.
- Licensing and regulation. We verify the licence number directly with the issuing authority - Malta Gaming Authority, Gibraltar Regulatory Authority, Curacao eGaming, or equivalent. Unlicensed operators are not listed.
- Game integrity. We confirm that the Aviator title is the certified Spribe build, not a clone, and that the provably fair seed system is accessible to players in-session.
- Banking for Australians. We test deposit and withdrawal paths with methods common in Australia - POLi, bank transfer, Visa debit, PayID, and major e-wallets. We record actual processing times, not the marketing copy.
- KYC and withdrawal friction. We submit verification documents and track how long identity checks take and whether operators use KYC as a delay tactic on winning accounts.
- Bonus terms. We read every line of the welcome-offer terms - wagering requirements, game weighting for crash titles, maximum bet rules, and withdrawal caps. Bonuses with wagering above 40x or with Aviator excluded from contribution are flagged clearly.
- Responsible-gambling tools. We check for deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, self-exclusion, and links to Australian support services including Gambling Help Online and the National Gambling Helpline.
- Customer support. We contact support via live chat and email with a standard set of questions and rate response time, accuracy, and tone.
Scores are recalculated whenever a casino changes its terms, loses a licence event, or receives a sustained pattern of verified player complaints. We remove operators that fail to resolve legitimate disputes within a reasonable period.
Our Team
James spent eight years covering online gaming regulation for a Sydney-based consumer finance publication before starting AviatorsGame.com in 2021. He sets editorial standards, owns the final rating on every casino review, and writes the site's regulatory commentary.
Sarah has tested and scored more than 200 online casinos across four years in the affiliate industry, with a focus on crash and instant-win titles popular in the Asia-Pacific region. She leads the hands-on casino assessments and maintains the scoring rubric.
Mark brings a background in fintech compliance to every banking review - he tests real deposits and withdrawals, tracks verification timelines, and writes the payment-method guides that help Australian players avoid unnecessary delays when cashing out.
Chloe holds a postgraduate qualification in health promotion and previously worked with a community organisation supporting people affected by problem gambling in Queensland. She audits every casino's player-protection tools and writes the responsible-gambling resources published on this site.
